Are there any upfront costs?

There are no upfront costs. There is a UPC charge for the BluRay/DVD release. The amount is $50. This will be recouped from sales.

 

How does the revenue sharing work?

The filmmaker receives 80% of all revenue while MRG retains 20%.

 

What deliverables do you require?

These are listed on the website under the submission tab.

 

How do I get paid?

We make all payments through PayPal.

 

When do payments go out?

Payments go out approximately 60 days from the end of the quarter.

 

How much should I expect to make?

Revenue varies based on several factors with the most important being the filmmaker’s involvement in promoting the release.

 

Can I sign with another distributor during our agreement?

Yes. Our agreement is non-exclusive.

 

Where do you advertise?

We are not a marketing company, but we do post on various social media sites to assist with the promotion.

 

Where do you sell the DVD/Blu-ray?

They are available on many online retailer’s websites including Amazon, Walmart, Deep Discount DVD and more.

 

Can I get copies?

We are unable to get free copies.

 

Is there a way for me to track my sales?

Your quarterly statement will include the number of units sold. Since everything runs through an aggregator there is not a way to track real time individual sales.

 

When will you launch VOD?

The VOD launch normally occurs approximately 90 days after the physical release date.

 

 

How long will it take once you receive my deliverables?

Once deliverables are received the release should take place within 30-45 days.
