Two friends lose their jobs and travel to Baja in search of waves and enlightenment.
Matthew Brown is a filmmaker based out of Los Angeles. He grew up outside of Boston and majored
in English and Theatre at the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, MA. He began his
showbusiness career in the Redfeather Shakespeare Festival before studying improv and sketch at
Upright Citizens Brigade in New York. His first produced play, "Filibuster: The Musical!" had for a
sold-out run at the PIT Theatre in NYC.
Since moving to Los Angeles, he has written and produced various sketches with his comedy team,
Eggmouth Comedy (www.eggmouthcomedy.com) as well as a hip-hop musical sitcom pilot, "Dope
Boys" (dopeboys.tv). He has recently completed his first feature documentary "Bad Hombres: A Baja
Adventure" which is a video memoir about a month long surf trip through Mexico. He lives in South
Pasadena with his girlfriend Anna and likes to surf, read, golf, and see live music.
